If you aren't satisfied with your purchase, please notify me within 3 days of receipt so we can arrange a return and refund, except for custom orders, which are nonrefundable. I'll be happy to refund the original purchase cost of your item but you are responsible for covering shipping charges. Full refunds for your purchased items (not shipping) are available once I have received your return.

Some fabric may be discontinued, limited, or no longer stocked by the store; if this is the case, I will try to find material that matches what you would like as close as possible.
American Girl and Wellie Wishers are usually one of a kind and can not be exactly duplicated.
Care instructions for doll clothes: Hand wash in cold water for the delicate fabric, faux leather, and fur items and line dry; for the cotton clothes, machine wash cold with like colors and tumble dry on low setting or line dry.
Disclaimer: Some of the doll clothes have bead or button accents which are sewed down as tightly as possible, but I can make no guarantee if and when they do become loose. I assume no responsibility for choking if they come off and a little one puts the button or bead in his or her mouth.
